Are you drinking enough?.

Would you run your car without the proper amount of fluids; gas, oil, coolant? Chances are your answer is no, so why would you run your body without the proper amount of WATER!? It's the most important thing we can put in our body, and the best part about it is....It's FREE!

When you wake up in the morning the first thing you should do is drink a tall glass of ice water with lemon. Adding the lemon helps to detoxify the liver and metabolizes fat, this can speed up your metabolism by about 33 percent, which equals about 100 extra calories burned per day!
Drink half your body weight in ounces a day with ICE cold water. When you drink ice water your body has to work extra hard to warm you back up, burning more calories!
Experts say that hunger pangs are most commonly mistaken for your body craving WATER! Before you eat a meal, drink 16oz of ICE cold water, if you are still hungry, then eat. Chances are you wont eat as much, and we all know what that means! Less calories!
